Hi! I’m Autumn-a queer, nonbinary, and disabled assistant event planner with a deep love for creating joyful, affirming spaces where people can connect and celebrate. I came to event planning from a background in nonprofit work, driven by a passion for LGBTQ rights and a commitment to lifelong learning and advocacy.
I’ve always loved throwing parties, and I’m passionate about the little details that turn an event into a lasting memory. Whether I’m helping brainstorm creative ideas, wrangling timelines, or making sure everyone feels seen and supported, I’m all in.
When I’m not working weddings, you’ll probably find me immersed in art, chasing high scores on a pinball machine, reading sapphic fantasy, birdwatching, or chilling with my dog, Dax.
Being part of a team that centers queer love and joy is a dream come true. I feel so lucky to help create spaces where love is loud, proud, and completely one-of-a-kind.
What song always gets you on the dance floor?
It’s not a hard sell to get me on the dance floor in the first place, but if there’s a dance attached to the song (Macarena, Cha Cha Slide, Cupid Shuffle, etc.) I’m on the dance floor in three seconds FLAT. If I can’t abandon my post, I’ll dance wherever I am.
If you were a dessert - what would you be and why?
I’d be a fruit tart. I’m colorful, sweet, quite fruity, and you can find me at every celebration - I love an excuse to party.
What's your favorite Little Treat while running errands?
A lil sweet drink. Matcha in the morning, italian soda or something of the like after noon.
What wedding activity brings you the most joy?
There’s nothing like when the dance floor opens up at wedding. Bonus points when a child goes full pop star and becomes the life of the party.
Favorite way to recharge after an event?
I love unwinding on my back patio with some tea and good book while my dog does his daily squirrel patrol in the backyard.
