FLORIST

Franchesca Rivera-Fobes has over a decade and a half of floral experience. She started as a designer in 2010 and eventually went on to purchase the business to start Shady Vines Floral Co. From a brick and mortar store front to a closed studio that focuses on weddings and events, she remains committed to inclusivity and accessibility in flowers! She is also deeply honored and privileged to be part of the small but significant percentage of Latinas contributing to the floral industry.

PHOTOGRAPHER - Going to the Chapel

Hannah Concannon (she/they) is a Seattle-based photographer and set designer. She earned her MFA: Visual Studies from PNCA in 2018 and has since dedicated her life to the pursuit of making people look stunning. Whether she's shooting high fashion, commercial, event or wedding imagery, she strives to put her clients at ease so their authentic joy and personality can shine through the images they create together.

Functions and Gatherings is a bespoke wedding planning company focused on making the wedding planning journeystress-free and fun.

We focus on the queer experience because acceptance doesn't cut it–our love deserves to be celebrated! In a hyper-normative industry, we want to break the mold and have a blast doing it.

PHOTOGRAPHER - Garden Party

Jenny GG has been providing joyful, candid, and gently prompted photography for weddings, engagements and families since 2008. Known for a warm, comforting approach, she focuses on capturing genuine emotions within the fun of your day. Her biggest hope is that you'll relive those feelings every time you look at your photos.  Every couple, regardless of body, background, sexuality, or gender identity, deserves to celebrate their wedding day surrounded by wedding vendors that are filled with joy, acceptance, and respect.

BAR AND STAFFING

Party on the Rocks event staffing and bartending service is Puget Sound’s answer to all your party help needs! We’re there to help with event set up, be an extra set of hands for the caterers, and clean up and the end of the night – allowing the host to sit back and relax with their guests. We are a local woman-owned small business and are proud to be on many preferred vendors lists.

OFFICIANT

Sasha Summer Cousineau (she/her) is an auctioneer, emcee, wedding officiant, and cabaret performer based in Seattle.  She’s a tattooed, high-femme, queer diva serving big boss energy.  Sasha is obsessed with her perfect little dog named Miya.  She believes there is no life without art, accessories, coffee, chocolate, or bubbly beverages. 

VENUE

Founded as a nonprofit in 1998, Town Hall serves as a vital community hub for curiosity and conversation. Over 100,000 people gather at Town Hall annually for a unique mix of events produced by and for the community, from book talks and concerts to cultural conversations and civic dialogues.  And now, weddings!

BAKERY

Seatown Sweets is a local, women-owned bakery in Kenmore specializing in sugar cookies, buttercream cakes, cake pops, mini cheesecakes, cupcakes and other sweet treats. All of our desserts are made by hand from scratch-baked recipes and we take pride in our delicious flavors that are not overly sweetened with sugar.

FAVORS

Becca is the proud owner of Quart Keepsakes, a mini print, sticker, and temporary tattoo vending machine rental company!  Quarter Keepsakes was created out of a love for event planning and a desire to push her creativity.  Her vending machines bring a personalized, interactive engagement and a nostalgic vibe to all events.  Don't just give your guests a keepsake, provide them with a one of a kind experience.
